What is J1 Web?

J1 Web provides role-aware hubs with summary blocks, quick actions, and deep links so you can complete everyday tasks quickly. Advisors can view calendars, clear students to register, approve registrations and plans, identify issues (e.g., holds, low midterm GPA), review graduation status, and open their Advisee Roster directly from the hub.

Faculty Hub — At a Glance

Rosters & Attendance: class lists and tenth-day PR/WA checks.
Grading: enter midterm and final grades on schedule.
Course Tools: view courses, view section details, course schedule.
Student Support: view student info and proficiency; submit Early Alerts; authorize overrides when appropriate.

Summary & Calendar: see active advising cycles and your meeting slots; cast/publish appointment blocks.
Advisee Roster: review advisee cards/lists; register/drop for students using the planning calendar.
Readiness Blocks: Registration Clearance and Approval; monitor Holds and Graduation Status.
Academic Plans: view plan progress and time periods; approve student plan edits when required.
